Self-Care For Mental Health

Mental health is so important. During Covid-19 most of us have had to deal with life differently. Whether we have been in lockdown; living in isolation or quarantine, or have suffered financially – 2020 has been a year like no other. Most of us will admit to struggling at some point. Sometimes it’s anger. Or it could be fear – both of the virus or what the future holds. It is so important to stay in contact with friends, family or even reach out to a helpline. Share your worries, your fears. Holding it in is never a good solution. When you ‘suppress’ emotions, you create ‘depression!’ Talk… to anyone. Watch YouTube comedies. Stop watching the news – it is always going to make you feel worse! And know – this will pass. Everything does.
