How Clumsy Am I?

At Transformations Coaching and Hypnotherapy we believe in a holistic approach to our life coaching and hypnotherapy. We believe in adding an element of mental and physical exercise to complete the picture.

There are many people who have problems with co-ordination. This can be traced back to what has happened in the past and can be overcome with hypnotherapy and the following exercise.

CROSS CRAWL

This exercise allows you to cross the midline of the body, which simultaneously crosses the two hemispheres of the brain.  This improves coordination and allows better visual/auditory/kinaesthetic processing, which, in turn allows you to access both hemispheres when you need to remember information.

This is done by taking the right hand (or elbow) to touch the left knee and then vice versa for the left hand (elbow) and the right knee.
