With the tips of your fingers, simply massage the muscles around the TMJ (temporal-mandibular joint) at the junction of the jaws while opening your mouth into a wide, long yawning motion.
More than 50% of the neurological connections from the brain to the rest of the body pass through the jaw joint. Relaxing the area increases the connection.
