Brain Gym

As you get older you seem to lose the ability to concentrate and remember. We now know that if you don’t exercise or use the brain you lose it. It’s wise to continue to challenge yourself mentally to keep the brain alert.

Here’s an exercise to help relax and remember information easily

This exercise stimulates the brain and relieves mental fatigue as well as increasing organizational skills and helping you to focus.


Two fingers under lower lip and heel of the other hand on your navel with fingers pointing down.

Breathe deeply as you look to the floor.  Moving only your eyes, move your eyes slowly from the floor to the ceiling.

Repeat this for two or three more breaths as your eyes and entire body relaxes.
