Do You Really Want to Change?

Do you want to change? This is the first question to ask when you ‘think’ you should/need/have to change some habit that is not supporting you. How many times have you decided to quit smoking, start a diet, or go to the gym but never got past the first step? For most of us – the answer is dozens of times! It is so easy to say: You look great; love that colour on you; what well behaved children you have! It’s easy, try and notice how the smile you receive lights up your day in return!
